Nano-manufacturing is the production of nanoscale materials, devices, and systems to produce high performance, innovative, next-generation applications. Nano-manufacturing technology classifies two approaches, “top-down” as lithography method and “bottom-up” as self-assembly method. We focus on a colloidal template method, which is one of “bottom up” methods by infiltrating diverse inorganic/organic functional nanomaterials among polymeric particles which were used as sacrificial particles and treating in post thermal process for removal of polymeric particles. These porous structures offer large surface area, interconnected path for carrier transport, spacious room for active ingradients.
